Net Primates currently manages and bills traditional fixed lines and calls to its customers.
Net Primates utilizes Openreach’s Equivalence Management Platform this enables us to access BT Openreach’s systems directly and at the same level as other large third party resellers e.g. BT Retail.
Having a supply relationship with Openreach, allows Net Primates to directly access the ordering and faults databases, providing visibility of:
- Order processing with real time status
- Fault logging with real time status
- Fault access to BT Openreach engineering job notes
- Order availability pre-check
- Lead time pre-check
As well as new installations, Net Primates can take over the management and billing of existing lines and calls services, with low price guarantees on the line rentals and ultra low competitive call rates.
If customers experience a line fault, Net Primates will report it and fix it, dispatching a BT Openreach engineer to the customer premises if required.
Customers looking to “migrate” their traditional services to Net Primates, benefit from lower prices and zero service disruption whilst transferring, with a single billing contact for all communication services.
