Net Primates services are closing for Christmas on 
Wednesday 24th December at 1pm, 
reopening on Monday 5th January at 9am.

Please request any assistance with out-of-office and telephone diversions on or before the week of 15th December, and allow 48 hours before you need them to go live. Don’t forget to tell us when to disable diverts in the initial request to save mayhem in January!

We will be monitoring the support board during the shutdown period on a periodic basis, but only emergency tickets will be handled before we reopen on 5th January.
