We wouldn’t be where we are today without The Network Group. They promote ‘strength in numbers’ on their website and we couldn’t agree more. 

The Network Group provides a community for MSPs (Managed Service Providers), of which Net Primates are one, where we can meet, exchange ideas and support each other. Unlike a lot of industries, MSPs tend to stick together, rather than compete, because we all understand that we can offer better value and service to our customers if we combine knowledge. 

Mixing with industry peers has always been vital for Net Primates. It allows us to exchange ideas with likeminded associates, enabling us to offer you the very best and latest IT services.  

Pre-pandemic we’ve always attended The Network Group Annual Gala, so Steve was pleased to be able to attend this year, after a few years apart. We’re the first to endorse online communications and video conferencing, but mixing face to face and having in-depth industry-specific conversations, helps us to keep our finger on the pulse and pass on useful nuggets of information that we’ve picked up along the way. 

At Net Primates we’re always evaluating our service to you – what we offer, how we offer it, and what we can do even better.
