Team News – what has Steve Cole been up to?
Steve is never happier than when he’s surrounded by boxes of shiny, new network equipment. Installing said network and documenting the finer points of the install leave Steve nothing short of ecstatic 😊. So, you won’t be surprised to hear that Steve has recently completed both ‘Webroot’ and ‘WatchGuard’ certifications to enhance his already outstanding networking capabilities.
And when Steve’s not putting in a network, you may find him at a business networking event 😊. The IT industry moves so fast he understands the importance of mixing with likeminded IT specialists to swap ideas, information and product knowledge, in order to offer the most up-to-date support to Net Primates customers.
Those of you that have used Steve’s services recently for support tickets, may well have seen him outside of normal office hours – he really is completely dedicated to providing the very best in customer service, sometimes working through the night…
