To form a human firewall staff need to be:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Trained in cyber security, understand how to maintain it and recognise when an attack is taking place\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Enabled to report a potential breach as soon as it occurs\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Human firewalls take different forms depending upon the size of a business, but we\u2019d recommend that your SME includes as many team members in this as possible!\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cyber security training needs to be a regular feature for ALL personnel within a business. Staff need to feel empowered to speak up if they fear an attack is occurring.
