Starting out providing IT Systems, Support, and Connectivity solutions to businesses, we have built on that foundation to incorporate Cloud & Cyber Security services providing a single point of contact for all information technology requirements.
Our customers trust us to take control of their IT and Telecoms infrastructure so they can get on with running their business.
We work as a trusted business partner rather than just an external solutions provider, providing IT expertise for companies too small to have their own.
Meet The Team
Steve Cole
Managing Director
Steve has been working in the data and voice sector for over 20 years. Previously with an Business ISP in Southampton, his main responsibilities to date have included network design, pre & post sales technical support, consultancy, project management and network / IT relocations.
Rupert Walmsley
Technical Director
Rupert joined Net Primates after the acquisition of ITC. Rupert began his career by working with his father with whom he later founded ITC. He has worked with computers and networks all of his working life – over 25 years at this point! Rupert’s area of expertise is working with businesses owners & decision makers to define their IT strategy, with an increasing focus on Cyber Resilience and Information Security.
Chris Dewey
Technical Manager
Chris works along side the management team in the day to day technical operations of Net Primates and assists at all levels of support to our clients. Chris works on all levels of support and will regularly been seen visiting clients sites offering installations and support services. Chris is spare time is an Community First Responder (CFR) for the South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS)
Nelson Assis
Support Technician
Nelson started at Net Primates in early 2018, bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. With over 30 years’ experience he ran his own IT support business in South Africa before emigrating to the UK. Nelson is primarily office based but often visits client sites offering installation and support services.

Becky Cole
Customer Success Manager
Becky joined us on 4th April 2022 as chief ringmaster and plate spinner, keeping everything on track internally to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our customers. Bringing with her a wealth of experience, Becky has performed various roles prior to joining Net Primates. These include Business Services Coordinator for the National Trust at Mottisfont, Support Worker for autistic adults as well as time spent in the retail trade.
Jon Procter
Project Co-ordinator
Jon worked with Rupert at ITC until 2017. Jon has been very interested in IT from a young age and has worked hard to broaden his knowledge within the field including developing his own technical blog to help teach others more about the world of IT. A self taught technician, he has worked with a range of hardware and software. He joined us in ITC as a Trainee Network/PC Support Technician after completing college.
