Net Primates have been working hard over the last couple of weeks to assist customers prepare for the impact the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19 is having on small businesses in the UK.

The last 36 hours have generated an unprecedented number of support requests from customers, most of whom are requesting assistance setting up secure Remote Access to their systems from home, or moving equipment out of the office to facilitate remote working. We are working through the support requests in order of impact and the order in which they came in, and appreciate your patience at this time.

 

At Net Primates we are in the fortunate position to be able to run our operations entirely remotely, as we make extensive use of cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365, our hosted VoIP platform, and numerous other hosted services. Our entire team also have Secure VPN access to our office network, which is one of the few locations on the Internet from where we can remotely connect to our client’s networks.

We are implementing our Remote Working policy for our team during this time, so request all communication via phone or email please rather than visiting our office. We can facilitate video conferences if needed, and will only attend site visits in the case of emergency.
