Isuru is now Microsoft 365 Certified – Fundamentals (MS-900)

We’re proud to celebrate another achievement from our team — Isuru has successfully earned the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) certification.

This certification demonstrates a strong understanding of the core concepts of cloud computing, Microsoft 365 administration, and software capabilities across the M365 suite. It also covers key areas including identity and endpoint management, reporting and analytics, and licensing fundamentals — all essential to delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT support.

Building knowledge to better support clients

As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Microsoft 365 sits at the heart of many of the solutions we deliver to our clients. By deepening his knowledge through the MS-900, Isuru has strengthened his ability to identify and implement the most effective tools for collaboration, communication, and productivity.

“Completing this course has helped me develop a deeper understanding of the products we use as an MSP, enabling me to better support our clients and offer a wider range of solutions,” says Isuru.

A dedication to continuous learning

Even with the support of the Net Primates team, Isuru took his own initiative to study outside of work hours — using freely available resources to further his learning.

“I consider myself a dedicated technician,” he explains. “The tickets I handle daily give me valuable real-world experience, helping me apply what I learn in practical scenarios. I’ve found this hands-on approach to be the most effective, as professional exams test not just theoretical knowledge but also practical experience.”

This practical mindset, combined with a commitment to self-development, reflects the approach we value most at Net Primates — continual improvement, curiosity, and hands-on problem-solving.

Building on strong foundations

The MS-900 adds to Isuru’s growing list of Microsoft accreditations, including AZ-900 and SC-900 certifications, and forms a solid foundation for further qualifications in Microsoft 365 and cloud management.

He’s already planning his next steps, continuing to build advanced expertise that benefits both his professional growth and our clients’ evolving needs.

At Net Primates, we’re proud to have a team that doesn’t just keep up with technology — they stay ahead of it. Congratulations again, Isuru, on your latest achievement and your ongoing commitment to learning, excellence, and client success.
