We’re excited to share that we’ve been working behind the scenes on something that will make things quicker and smoother for everyone — a brand new quoting tool, launching soon.

Our previous quoting system has served us well since 2019, but we realised that we could now build something even better. As our services and your needs evolve, it’s important that the tools we use evolve too. This new system brings improved integration, better automation, and a much more streamlined experience for both our customers and our team.

What’s changing?

The new quoting system will:

  • Reduce the number of steps needed to create and approve quotes
  • Allow more flexibility and granularity, especially when adjusting quantities or selecting options
  • Create a faster workflow for our technicians, meaning you’ll receive quotes more quickly
  • Introduce a clear internal approval process, while still empowering our team to work efficiently

In short, we’ve used our inner-geek to make sure the process is just as intuitive — but far more efficient.

Why this matters

You’ll experience:

  • Clearer quotes
  • Faster turnaround times
  • Simpler adjustments if your needs change
  • A generally smoother journey whether you’re:
    • A new client getting your first setup proposal, or
    • An existing client adding new services, hardware, or licences

Always improving — never standing still

Nothing in business stands still, especially technology. Even great systems need reviewing from time to time.

At Net Primates, we evaluate our internal tools every year. It doesn’t take long — often just 30 minutes — but it helps us stay on top of efficiency, usability, and service quality. This upgrade is the result of that mindset.

So, while the new quoting system may sound like an internal change, it’s really about something bigger:

  • Making your experience smoother
    ️• Reducing delays
    • Continuing to reinvest in systems that support great service

A prompt for you, too

While we’re here — when was the last time you reviewed your internal systems?

Even small process improvements can:

  • Save hours each week
  • Reduce mistakes
  • Improve customer experience
  • Boost team morale

If it’s been a while, it may be worth setting aside 30 minutes and get in touch if you’d like assistance and advice on new systems that are available.

We’ll be rolling out the new quoting tool soon — and we hope you’ll notice the difference. As always, if you have feedback, we’d love to hear it.
