We recently told you about our new Professional Services Automation (PSA) system – ‘Connectwise Manage’ being introduced at Net Primates to help you receive an even better customer experience. 

Improving communications and providing quicker delivery is at the heart of the system but how exactly will you benefit? 

Well, one of the major advantages of using the new system is that it is now possible to provide you with advanced reporting, allowing us to be even more proactive on your behalf. By gathering data that we weren’t previously able to see Connectwise Manage can inform us on issues that may affect your business in the future.

As an example, the Net Primates system can now better determine if a particular PC within your organisation is not performing as well as it should be. To elaborate, if we have received ten support tickets from your business and three of them are all specific to one machine, the PSA system will flag this and draw it to our attention. We can then contact you about this specific machine and make recommendations for the best course of action. We’ll be able to let you know if it is a hardware or a software issue, and how this issue can be rectified, preventing related issues occurring in the future and ultimately leading to increased business efficiency.
